When to expect a reply
We read every email and reply as quickly as we can, Monday to Friday. If your message is about a Showcase campaign already in review, say so in the subject line so we can match it to the submission.
Questions before you subscribe
The Founder Plan is £25.99 a month, or £19.99 a month paid for the year, chosen when you create your account. The pricing page has the current detail.
Verification, not an invoice
Investors pay nothing to use Vanelo. Verification is what unlocks full campaign detail in Deal Discovery, so email us if you want to start that process.
Refunds are already settled
Our policy of 28 August 2026 is that there are no refunds on booked services, on campaign submissions, or on subscriptions. Worth reading before you submit a campaign or book a session.
What each subject covers
- Support. Anything inside the platform: a round stuck in the wrong status, an Investability Assessment result you want explained, a Valuation Engine range you want to understand, data room access grants and expiry, or the access log showing who opened a document.
- Sales. What the subscription includes, how Showcase review and re-review fees work, how Advisory Services are booked and priced, and what the investor database covers before you commit.
- Press. Interviews, comment on first-time equity fundraising in the UK, and requests for accurate detail on the Vanelo Investability Framework or the three valuation methodologies.
- Other. Partnerships, accessibility problems, and anything about your data. You can erase your account yourself, and we will answer questions about what that means in practice.
