The whole platform, whichever way you pay
There are no feature tiers. Monthly and annual billing give you exactly the same tools.
Round Management
Keep your funding ask, pre-money valuation, equity on offer, use of funds, previous raises and SEIS or EIS relief in one place, from first draft to close.
Investability Assessment
Fourteen questions across a viable business, a sizable opportunity and a backable team give you a score out of 100 and show what to strengthen first.
Valuation Engine
The Scorecard, Berkus and Venture Capital methods combine into a valuation range you can explain and defend, rather than a single figure.
Digital Data Room
Share your deck and legal documents securely, decide who can view or download each one and for how long, and see who has opened what.

Showcase campaigns
When you are ready, a Showcase campaign puts your round in front of verified investors in Deal Discovery. Our team reviews every campaign before it goes live, and that review is charged separately from your plan.
- Review fee, £357 per campaign. Paid when you submit your campaign for review.
- Re-review fee, £357. Paid when you change content that has already been reviewed, so the new version can be checked before investors see it.
The fee pays for the review itself, so it is not refunded if a campaign is not approved.
Advisory services
Book one-to-one help from an advisor when you want it, from round advisory to financial modelling. Each service has its own price, and none of them is needed to use the platform.
Billing, cancelling and refunds
On monthly billing you pay £25.99 each month. On annual billing you pay £239.88 once a year, which works out at £19.99 a month.
Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. Once you cancel, no further payments are taken, and you keep full access until the end of the month or year you have already paid for.
Refunds. Subscription payments are not refundable, whether you pay monthly or annually, under our refund policy of 28 August 2026. Please read our terms before you subscribe, and email hello@vanelo.io with any questions.
Free for investors
Investors pay nothing to use Vanelo at launch: no subscription and no fees. If that changes, we will say so here before any charge applies.
Only verified investors can see live rounds in Deal Discovery, so the people viewing your round have been checked first.
Questions founders often ask
What does the Founder Plan include?
The whole platform: Round Management, the Investability Assessment, the Valuation Engine, the Digital Data Room, the investor database and your matched target list, the due diligence checklist, the investor pipeline and the Inspiration Hub. Monthly and annual billing include exactly the same.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Annual billing costs £239.88 a year, £72 less than twelve monthly payments. Monthly billing costs £25.99 a month and lets you cancel at the end of any month.
Is there a free plan?
No. Vanelo is a paid plan for founders, and you choose how you pay straight after creating your account. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the month or year you have paid for.
What else might I pay for?
Only what you choose to use: the review fee when you submit a Showcase campaign, the re-review fee if you change a reviewed campaign, and any advisory service you book. Everything else is included in your plan.
Can I get a refund?
No. Under our refund policy of 28 August 2026, subscription payments are not refundable, whether you pay monthly or annually. Showcase review fees are not refundable either, because they pay for the review itself.
Do these prices include VAT?
